Richard Berry, Art Director, designs with an electric aesthetic. For Ellie’s clients, Richard creates custom web design and corporate identity. Richard exhales creative concepts. His experience lies heavily in corporate communications pieces and online marketing looks. He attacks logos with a sketchpad and endless ideas. Richard and his wife live in Atlanta.
Nicole Fimmen is a Dirt1x search engine optimizer and webmaster. At Berry College, Nicole was All-American, second in the marathon. She runs consistently fast at mile one and mile twenty-six. She brings that same focus and determination into learning the best tricks and techniques for bringing clients to a website with SEO. Nicole has an irrepressibly good attitude and quick mind. A Peachtree City native, Nicole computer-commutes from the twin cities in Minnesota.
Raissa Chandler, Assistant to the Guru, is Ellie’s respected right hand. From Fayetteville, Georgia, Raissa handles scheduling, print products, newsletters, and other magic. Her experience includes project administration in various industries ranging from construction, environmental, software, and disabilities. She’s happy and grateful to be working with such a dynamic team and thinks that having Ellie as her boss is the best.
Heidi Leonard, Project Manager, first experienced Ellie’s work as a client, when Ellie created a killer flyer for her Organization business. Then, Ellie experienced the magic of Heidi when she overhauled Ellie’s office and home organization systems. They liked working together so much that it made sense to bring Heidi’s organization super power to Dirt1x Clients. Heidi holds a degree in Mass Communications and enjoys any opportunity to help others grow and succeed in their goals. When she’s not tending to the garden of Dirt1x clients, she will be found organizing homes and offices. Heidi loves living in Peachtree City with her two sweet, spunky sporty boys.
Matt White brings a great mix of strategy, humor and excellence to Dirt1x. As Operations Manager, he handles SOP and day-to-day business, including all of the technology for the company. For the last dozen years, he’s been doing hospitality IT and Sales Department organization. As Ellie’s favorite husband, he is also a great dad to their teenage boy geniuses. Matt enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and playing classical guitar.
Melodie Hayes, Designer-in-Chief, is our go-to for classic, clean lines and quick turnaround. She creates business cards and print projects with speed and accuracy. A professional graphic designer with scads of layout and print production experience, Melodie has worked with Ellie for over a dozen years. With both a bachelor’s in graphic design and master’s in commercial art from Pensacola Christian College, Melodie lives in Atlanta with her husband.
Project Manager, Cathy Schwartz brings over eight years of creating and managing events to the Dirt1x team. She’s detailed, creative, and has mad communication skills. She loves to people, and has irrepressible joy in her meetings. Cathy graduated with a BA in English and a minor in Communications from Kennesaw State University. She lives in Sharpsburg with her husband, two daughters and two dogs.
Dirt1x Social Media Strategist Melissa Howell has always been in the study of anthropology and why people do things the way they do. This lead to her career in Marketing because she loves understanding why and how people make their buying decisions. Melissa graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Communication Disorders and a Minor in American Sign Language. She has over 20 years marketing experience, mainly in the medical/public health field. Social media gives her instant gratification because she can quickly see what works and doesn’t work and how to best reach our clients’ customers. In her spare time she is involved with animal charities and dog shows. She has one dog, 5 goats and 18 chickens.
