Matt White
Matt White brings a great mix of strategy, humor and excellence to Dirt1x. As Operations Manager, he handles SOP and day-to-day business, including all of the technology for the company. For the last dozen years, he’s been doing hospitality IT and Sales Department organization. As Ellie’s favorite husband, he is also a great dad to their teenage boy geniuses. Matt enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and playing classical guitar.
Raissa Chandler
Raissa Chandler, Assistant to the Guru, is Ellie’s respected right hand. From Fayetteville, Georgia, Raissa handles scheduling, print products, newsletters, and other magic. Her experience includes project administration in various industries ranging from construction, environmental, software, and disabilities. She’s happy and grateful to be working with such a dynamic team and thinks that having Ellie as her boss is the best.
Richard Berry
Richard Berry, Art Director, designs with an electric aesthetic. For Ellie’s clients, Richard creates custom web design and corporate identity. Richard exhales creative concepts. His experience lies heavily in corporate communications pieces and online marketing looks. He attacks logos with a sketchpad and endless ideas. Richard and his wife live in Atlanta.
Melissa Howell
Dirt1x Social Media Strategist Melissa Howell has always been in the study of anthropology and why people do things the way they do. This lead to her career in Marketing because she loves understanding why and how people make their buying decisions. Melissa graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Communication Disorders and a Minor in American Sign Language. She has over 20 years marketing experience, mainly in the medical/public health field. Social media gives her instant gratification because she can quickly see what works and doesn’t work and how to best reach our clients’ customers. In her spare time she is involved with animal charities and dog shows. She has one dog, 5 goats and 18 chickens.
Heather Ward
Meet Heather Ward, a creative visionary in the world of graphic design and art direction. With a Bachelor of Fine Art in Graphic Design from the State University of West Georgia, she has perfected her craft over an outstanding 27-year career span in various creative outlets such as newspapers, magazines, and book designs. Outside of her professional efforts, she also serves as the Vice-President and founding member of the multi-state non-profit organization SEPPA, advocating for PANS/PANDAS awareness and support. Balancing a thriving career with a fulfilling personal life, she resides in Senoia with her loving husband and three wonderful children.
